Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
ACH Bank Transfers (preferred – no additional fees)

Checks – Must be received before services are rendered
Credit Card Processing Fees
If you need to make your payment via credit card, please note that the following surcharges will apply:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express – 3.5% surcharge
Klarna – 5% surcharge
To process a credit card payment, please contact us or send us an email at info@AmataAccountingFirm.com so we can accommodate your request securely. We encourage clients to use ACH, Zelle, or Venmo to avoid these additional charges.
Payment Timing
Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is due at the time of service or upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services until the balance is cleared.
Refund Policy
Payments for accounting and tax services, reimbursed expenses, and digital courses are non-refundable.
Please ensure you understand the scope of work and associated fees before accounting and tax services begin.

Cancellation Policy
By engaging our services, you agree that an engagement letter has been signed with Amata Accounting Inc. prior to any services rendered. Therefore, once the engagement letter has been executed, the services cannot be cancelled.
Force Majeure
You acknowledge and agree that, due to any acts of God or actions taken by the U.S. government and the Internal Revenue Service, Amata Accounting Inc. will not be held liable for any delays or failures in providing services in a timely manner.
